Four Day Course – Cost £550  including all food and free camping with use of the Centre buildings

Tuesday 28th April –  Friday 1st May 2020

A fully integrative training course providing the skills for using mindfulness with clients, service users and groups in woods and nature settings.
This is a course for people who are interested in Mindfulness, want to learn more about it and want to learn how they might use Mindfulness to benefit other people. This is not a counselling course and participants must understand the limits of what it is appropriate for them to do and when they should refer cases to professional agencies.
This course is aimed at Social Foresters, Social and Healthcare workers, Therapists, Teachers of Yoga, Tai Chi etc. or anyone who wants to combine mindfulness with working in nature settings. Led by Sabine Soosten, resident Mindfulness tutor and Social Forestry practitioner at the Woodland Skills Centre, and by Penni Neale of Penni Neale Counselling and Supervision and Bob Neale, a Mental Health Nurse.
