Tied-straw decorations are a popular festive tradition in Scandinavia and other parts of Northern Europe.  Join local straw-worker Colette Hughes and learn to make your own Yule goats, angels and straw stars using sustainably grown heritage varieties of wheat and rye

No experience necessary and all materials provided.
