On this course we will look at making and fitting new handles to chisels, hammers, billhooks, small garden tools and axes (max 1lb).

Bring 1 or 2 tools with broken or no handles and learn how to make new handles out of ash and fit them. You will be able to fit a new handle to one of the tools.

The world is full of good edge tools with no handles – help us to bring them back to use. The tutor is Mal Edwards, a lifelong expert in restoring tools.
