Sussex Trugs

Two Day Course – Cost £170  Deposit £85

Saturday 18th – Sunday 19th May 2024

The trug, a basket of split wood resembling a clinker built boat with its origins found in the Weald of East Sussex.

Over two days we will split and shave the component parts from coppiced wood before steam bending and final assembly.

Your finished trug is then ready for years of service around the home and garden.

If you book through the website please pay the full cost if possible. If you wish to just pay the deposit then the balance must be paid by 4 weeks before the course date.
