Forest School Skills Taster Day

Cost £10 per individual adult, £20 per family

Sunday 18th March 2018

This is a one day taster for skills for Forest School leaders and others involved with learning in the outdoors.

During the day we will look at a number of topics :

• Basic bushcraft – shelter building, fire lighting
• Camp cooking
• Tree identification
• Tool use
• Games
• Craft activities using natural materials

These are all topics which are covered in greater detail on other courses we run and we hope that you will return on one of our other courses later in the year.

The day will be open to partners and children as well who can join in with what we will be doing or explore the woods.

We are asking for £10 for an individual booking or £20 for a family which covers tuition and all materials. Bring a packed lunch and we will provide drinks plus whatever we cook over the fire. Booking is essential
