Normally we run our Health and Wellbeing sessions face-to-face in our tranquil woodland in North Wales. However, due to the ongoing Pandemic restrictions this is currently not possible.
For this reason we have decided to offer Mindfulness and Forest Bathing sessions online and we invite you to join us in the comfort of your own home.
It is still possible to experience the benefits from nature connection indoors. We provide guidance on how you can take the practices into your garden, your balcony, local park or anywhere in nature you can access.
Every session will focus on connection with nature and will contain activities and exercises that encourage you to be mindful in a fun and engaging way, to benefit mind and body.
The sessions will take place every Tuesday evening starting at 8pm and will last for one hour.
This will be time just for you, to help you relax and reduce stress and anxiety.
No previous experience necessary.
The only requirement is that you can be in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
