Experience the healing power of nature

Come and immerse yourselves in a nature-based wellness experience in the peaceful woodlands at the Woodland Skills Centre.

Forest bathing, or being in the presence of trees, is a Japanese practice known as ‘shinrin-yoku’ that can boost the immune system, decrease stress and lower blood pressure

This session provides an introduction to Mindfulness in a Woodland Setting and is suitable for anyone over the age of 18 who either already practises mindfulness or wants to explore the benefits of mindfulness in nature.
The session will take place in the beautiful tranquil woodland where you will be able to connect with nature by using your senses of touch, sight, smell and sound and ultimately improve connection with yourself. You will be provided with simple exercises you can use at home to benefit your wellbeing.
The session will be led by an experienced and qualified Level 3 ‘Mindfulness in the Woodland’ practitioner who will guide you to relax and connect with the natural world –
Woodland Skills Centre is a not-for-profit social enterprise. Therefore all our costs are kept to a minimum.
Places are limited – Book early to avoid disappointment.
