Mindful Woodland Wander – March
Sunday 13th March 2022
10am – 12noon
Cost £15 per person, refreshments included
Due to popular demand, we are re-introducing our monthly Woodland Wander to offer you the opportunity to explore the woodland in a mindful way and notice the seasonal changes that nature provides.
Come and celebrate Spring and the beauty of the changing seasons in our award-winning 50 acre Warren Woods.
In these times of uncertainty, our connection with nature is vital for our individual and collective well-being.
We invite you to join us for a restful and gentle morning of mindfulness, nature connection and reflections on our relationship with ourselves and with the natural world.
This event will include some simple mindfulness exercises, slow-paced walks around the woodland using our senses to explore nature that surrounds us in a safe, open and relaxed setting.
Please come suitably dressed in warm and waterproof comfortable outdoor clothing- several layers are best – and appropriate footwear for a walk in the woods. No need to dress up!
Refreshments (hot drinks, cakes, biscuits) will be provided – please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
The sessions are led by Sabine Soosten – a lifelong practitioner of mindfulness – a member of the Woodland Skills Centre team who is a Level 3 ‘Mindfulness in a Woodland Setting’ and a Qualified UKCMM Accredited Practitioner and Teacher of Mindfulness Meditation.
We comply with the Covid-19 restrictions and requirements in place at the time.
Sorry – no dogs.
Places are strictly limited – Small group size – Booking essential
